Peter Heres 

As the Group Managing Director and co-founding partner of CHA Consulting, Peter Heres offers a wealth of experience across the spectrum of industrial relations. An Employee Equity and Relations expert, Peter trains, develops and implements human resource policy to not only meet statutory requirements but to equip businesses with the structures they need to advance and grow.  

From Union negotiations, disciplinary process and skills development to CCMA representation; Peter’s stringent attention to detail, people-orientated nature and his innate discernment allows him to unravel insights that lead to the best working solutions. With over 35 years of specialised experience, Peter is passionate about the success of every single one of his clients (or clients’ businesses).

Kim Heres 

Founding CHA partner, Kim Heres is a specialist labour consultant with over 25 years experience in the field of industrial relations and human resource services. Kim has partnered with a multitude of small to medium sized businesses across a wide range of industries; offering all of her clients all-in dedicated service, excellence in delivery and valuable insight-driven solutions.  

 Kim believes in a hands-on approach to advising and leading her clients through the complicated landscape of labour disputes, to reach innovative, swift and positive outcomes for everyone involved. Kim’s vast experience, clear-thinking and legal agility equips her to offer her clients’ expert support, guidance and representation when it matters the most.
